Thigh Lift
Procedure - The thigh lift is generally
done after sudden weight loss and a procedure similar to the arm lift.
The excess skin from the thighs is removed surgically and the rest of
the skin pulled in an upward direction. If the patient requests
liposuction, it can be preformed at the exact same time along with a
tummy tuck.
Durration - 2 hours
Anesthesia - General or epidural anesthetic
Hospital Stay - One day
Risks - side effects may be poor healing,
excessive scarring, hematoma, blistering of skin (may lead to permanent
scarring) and permanent numbness (less than a 1% chance).
